Mauritius island lies in the tropical zone and enjoys a very pleasant coastal climate with small differences between summer and winter. It is typical for its microclimate, thanks to which the weather can be completely different in various, although minimally distant places.
As in other tropical countries, here too there is a distinction between rainy and dry seasons, but they cannot be clearly determined. The island enjoys year-round warm weather, when temperatures rarely fall below 25° C during the day.
Mauritius has three seasonal periods. From January to March it rains very often due to cyclones, on the other hand during our summer from late June to August you will be accompanied by strong wind, but only on the eastern part of the island. And the last, ideal period lasts from September to December, when most tourists also head here.
