United Arab Emirates
Based on the Agreement between the European Union and the United Arab Emirates on the abolition of visa requirements for short-term stays, holders of Slovak Republic travel, diplomatic and service passports may stay in the territory of the United Arab Emirates from May 7, 2015 for a maximum of 90 days during any 180-day period.For all travelers, the validity of the travel document must be at least six (6) months after the planned return from the stay, otherwise the holder will usually not be transported to the country even by airlines.
When traveling with a minor child with only one parent, it is recommended to have a stamped consent of the other (non-traveling) parent in English - from a notary or registry office of the Slovak Republic. Sample consent in English.
Maldives
For tourist trips up to 30 days, a visa is granted free of charge upon arrival in the country if the following conditions are met: passport valid for at least 6 months; return travel document; sufficient amount of financial resources (100 USD + 50 USD per person/each day of stay) or travel agency confirmation of stay payment (voucher).Tourist visas can be extended for a maximum of 90 days (30 days free of charge + 60 days for a fee). It is requested at the relevant department of the immigration office.
Mauritius
Based on the signing of an agreement between the European Community and Mauritius, there was a mutual abolition of visa requirements for short-term stays. The agreement allows EU citizens to travel without visas to Mauritius for a maximum period of 3 months during 6 months.In order to be able to use the benefits of this visa-free regime, you must have a valid travel, service or diplomatic passport.Seychelles
The Slovak Republic has visa-free relations with the Republic of Seychelles for a stay of 90 days during one half-year, therefore no entry visa is required. When entering the country, a completed entry form and proof of return flight, accommodation in the country and sufficient financial resources for the stay (150 USD per day) are required.In case of arrival of passengers from an African destination, it is necessary to present proof of yellow fever vaccination (international vaccination certificate) when entering the country. Absence of a vaccination certificate may mean rejection of entry into the country.
