SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on Yas Island opens its doors to all ocean and marine life enthusiasts from May 23, 2023. Take your family and friends on an engaging educational journey of the "one ocean" story divided into 8 ocean realms spread over 5 floors.
You can look forward to animal interactions, interactive educational experiences, various shows, fun activities, dining options and shopping. Get ready to meet sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, moray eels, flamingos, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and invertebrates.
The safety and operation of the attraction is ensured by leading animal care experts, engineers, veterinarians, zoologists, nutrition specialists, together with scientists and top technologies that ensure perfect conditions for individual biotopes.
Main areas of the attraction
ABU DHABI OCEAN – the beginning of the journey to discover the Arabian Gulf with a maritime tradition of pearl trading and diving. You will experience close encounters with animals from the Emirates and the wider region. At the station, you can sign up for the park-wide interactive S·E·A Guardian game or enjoy classic Arabic cuisine.
POLAR OCEAN – offers an exciting ride from Antarctica to the Arctic with many interactive educational activities, a research ship, a 20 m high vertical window "endless vista" with a view of the multi-level aquarium. Here you can admire penguins and walruses.
MICRO OCEAN – discover the secret of sea tides with the irreplaceable role of plankton as a key component of the food chain. Young explorers will have the opportunity to participate in dynamic experiments that will playfully introduce them to the functioning of the oceans. The little ones will enjoy various attractions and playgrounds.
INFINITE OCEAN – will enchant both young and old with the largest and most extensive multi-species aquarium in the world, with more than 25 million liters of water and up to 68 thousand marine animals including sharks, manta rays, schools of fish and sea turtles. In this part, there is also a restaurant with a view of the aquarium.
TROPICAL OCEAN – is full of colors, dancing waterfalls, a crystal-clear lagoon and a sun-drenched sandy beach. You can look forward to dolphins, flamingos, tropical birds including toucans in the rainforest aviary, as well as a roller coaster, observation decks above and below the water.
ROCKY POINT - embodies the rugged Pacific Northwest of the USA. In this part, you can interact with or just observe nesting sea lions. There are also refreshment stands.
