The selection consists of carefully selected seafood, meat and vegetables. Le Morne Lounge: On the smooth checkerboard floor on the terrace with views of the pool in the center is a hanging sofa and sofas and armchairs also invite you to sit. Bright island sunlight during the day illuminates the transparent curtains that line the railing, while at night countless lamps, candles and standing lamps radiate an idyllic glow that is in harmony with the live jazz music coming from the inner bar area. The original wall painting by Armand Gachet behind the bar contains delicate, rich tones found throughout the space, while discreet local nuances add authentic, warm elegance to the clean colonial lines.
The Boathouse Aegean Grill & Lounge: Seamlessly blends with the stunning natural environment and greets guests with an open dining space created from authentic yet sophisticated natural materials - from wooden beams to refined stone that harmonize with surrounding palms and plants. Boathouse Grill is an elegant gourmet experience on the beach. Vintage champagne will sparkle next to plates of oysters and grilled prawns. The evening mood is elegant and romantic, with incredible lighting that best showcases the restaurant.
